V-MUST Virtual Museums Testbed Blogs

V-MUST.net has selected 6 testbeds through a call (Call4Testbed or Call 3 launched the 28th of May 2012). These testbeds are examples of virtual museums that will be developed and evaluated by the consortium during the project lifetime. They represent interesting technological aspects or have been selected for their innovative concept. The developers will update a blog during its creation and evaluation:
  1. Apa App - it starts from the project Apa the etruscan with the goal of creating an on line game and an AR app (CINECA, CNR ITABC);
  2. Augumented Reality storytelling: Ename (VisualDimension);
  3. Flaminia Reloaded - it starts from the project Virtual Museum of Ancient Via Flaminia with the goal of creating two virtual museums from the same digital asset:
    1. ​Livia Natural Interaction (CNR ITABC, Evoca)
    2. ​Livia web3D (CNR ITABC, Fraunhofer IGD)
  4. Exploring Virtual Environments through natural interaction: Mostar (VisualDimension, University of Sarajevo);
  5. Sustainable landscape reconstruction (VisualDimension, Cultnat)
  6. Virtual Rome 2.0: 3d on line interactive exploration of Roman Landscape a comparison of technologies (CNR ITABC, CNR ISTI, Fraunhofer IGD);
