Association Procedure

V-MusT would like to learn more about virtual museums and invite you to share your knowledge and experience by joining the consortium as Associate Members. If  your institution is interested in joining V-MusT network then pleasure follow these three steps:

1 Express your interest in V-MusT.net. Please fill in the form and describe the activities and projects that have been developed by your institution.  Next explain why you are interested in becoming an Associate Member; what kind of virtual museum your institution interested in; and how your will collaborate with network's activities. 

2 Receiving V-MusT Associate Member Letter and required documents. The Associate Member Letter is an official document that describes in more detail the project and its related activities. You will find this document useful when you define your institution's request of association. It also explains the opportunities that V-MusT plans to share within the community. V-MusT requests that you confirm you interest in the project.  You are also required to fill in the Associate Member Form (Annex A) which, together with the application form will be sent to the attention of V-MusT coordinator. Please fax the signed Annex A to +39-0690672684 and send the documents via email to coordinator@v-must.net. Applications will pend approval by project General Assembly: V-MusT will inform your institution about the calendar of meetings.

3 Receiving the V-MusT official Letter of Approval for new Associate Member. Receiving this document from V-MustT General Assembly welcomes your Institution into the Consortium, inviting you to participate in project activities and to share competences and experiences in all Virtual Museums domains.
